Terms of Service

By creating an account or using HireLens AI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

HireLens AI is a CV optimisation platform that produces scores, feedback and (on paid plans) rewrites and cover letters. Outputs are informational and do not constitute career, legal or recruitment advice.

We make no warranty that using HireLens AI will result in interviews, offers or any specific hiring outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from reliance on the service.

Paid plans (Pro monthly, Annual) renew automatically until cancelled. One-time purchases (CV Boost Report, Done-for-you CV Pack) are charged once and grant access to the relevant output. Prices are shown in your local currency; Stripe handles the actual currency conversion and applicable VAT or local taxes at checkout. Cancel any subscription at any time from your Account page; access continues to the end of the current billing period.

HireLens AI delivers digital products that are generated and made available immediately. By purchasing you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you may lose the statutory right to cancel under applicable consumer regulations once delivery begins. We do not offer refunds except where required by law (for example, where the service is materially defective).

Free accounts are limited to one analysis per 24 hours. Paid accounts are subject to fair usage to prevent abuse, automated scraping and resale of outputs. We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate accounts that breach these limits or these Terms.

You retain ownership of the CV and job description text you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content for the purpose of providing the service. You must have the right to submit any content you upload.

Do not use HireLens AI to process content you do not have the right to, to generate misleading or fraudulent CVs, or to attempt to extract, reverse-engineer or resell the service.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or pose a risk to the service or other users.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for users in the UK and EU, and by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, for users in the United States and all other jurisdictions, unless local law requires otherwise. This is without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
